The Tactility of Merino: Crafting Cold-Weather Restraint

Clothing in its purest iteration is an enduring conversation between human anatomy and textural friction. For our Autumn/Winter knitwear collection, the question was never how heavy a cardigan could be made, but rather how much warmth could be held within the quietest possible hand-feel.

Sourced exclusively from certified non-mulesed farms across New South Wales, the fleece fibers undergo gentle, low-speed spinning in Piedmont mills outside Biella. By keeping twist tension calibrated low, the crimp of the raw wool retains its natural pocketed air traps — providing supreme insulation without the claustrophobia of synthetic blends.

Each horn button is carved from fallen water buffalo horn, matte-tumbled to eliminate artificial high-gloss shine. We believe true luxury does not shout its presence from across a room; it makes itself known the moment your fingertips graze the cuff hem on a cold morning.
